Features

The low temperature curing machine has a temperature of about 120 degrees, which is vulcanized at the critical temperature of rubber. It has no damage to the rubber
and the matrix material of the tire. It guarantees the repair quality and the strength of the original tire. The pressure of vulcanization is uniformly distributed through the inner
and outer soft air bags to reach 4 pressures. As the air bag is very soft,  it can force the repair parts evenly,  make the inner and outer patch fit more firmly and have a smoother appearance. The soft rubber bag is consistent with the shape of the tire, which will not deform, and will not affect the dynamic balance. Different from other metal mold tire ironing machine, it makes the tire shape adapt to the shape of metal mold to make various types of tire shape all the same with traces of abrasives, easy to deform, and there are quality problems such as extrusion, strain and sag. Curing machine to the wound curing time is short, saving time and energy efficiency.
