Refrigerant leak detection system

A/C service stations adopt four high-precision sensors, combined with program settings, providing a complete solution for refrigerant leakage detection in the equipment. Operator is allowed to run the leak detection program, or carry out automatically detect the leakage every 10 days. Once the leakage found, the equipment will alarm in time through the interface or prompt light, and stop all running operations. The leak detection procedure is also compatible with the leak detection of the vehicles' air conditioning system

Hermetically sealed oil bottles

Standard oil bottles are not hermetically sealed, they always contain a percentage of air. The water molecules in the air bind with the oil and contaminate it. solution was to create special containers which prevent the oil from becoming contaminated by air and humidity, which have
been patented. The exclusive interface design separates PAG oil and POE oil, the operator won't connect the corresponding oil by mistake, which greatly reduces the risk of filling wrong oil

Innovative oil separator

The new oil separator builds the solenoid valve and the oil separation device into a valve group, which reduces the pipe for refrigerant flow in the unit, which greatly improves the accuracy of recovery and charge amount

Exclusive filter dryer

In order to ensure the purity of the refrigerant in cylinder, the filter must be replaced after 80kg-100kg of refrigerant recovery. The exclusive filter adopts a single-interface and dual-channel design, which greatly improves the portability of replacement.  Besides, the self-test of the filter replacement program can prevent machine from sucking in air during the filter replace-ment process

Sight Glass
