Features

1. Clean the surface of the wound that needs to be repaired on the tire and make a mark.
 

2. Use a grinder to roughen the surface of the wound, and the area is slightly larger than the wound.     

 

3. Apply the glue (or hot glue) prepared with raw rubber and gasoline evenly on the roughened area with a brush.     

 

4. Cut an appropriate size of raw rubber and fill it in the wound. If the wound is large, the raw rubber can be overlapped. 

 

5. Press the ironing head on the raw rubber (if possible, place a thin aluminum plate or iron plate on the raw rubber), try to align the wound to the center of the ironing head, press the screw rod, 

and fix the tire.     
 

6. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on.  

 

7. Turn on the timing switch and set it to a suitable position (if the timing mode is not used, it can be set to the manual gear), then the ironing head starts to work.    

 

8. When the vulcanization is over, manually turn off the power switch, loosen the tire pressure screw, carefully remove the ironing head, remove the tire, and complete the entire repair process

9. The power cord must be grounded safely. It is better to have a leakage protection switch on the power supply. When changing the fuse, the power supply must be cut off.
